4. Legal & Regulatory ComplianceWe comply with all legal requirements for financial protection under Irish law, including:

Licensing and bonding through the Commission for Aviation Regulation (CAR) under the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995.

Compliance with the EU Package Travel Directive ensuring customer protection in case of insolvency.
