1. Introduction

Welcome to Fiántas Travel, your partner for small group adventures and creative tours worldwide. By using our website, booking services, or participating in any of our tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings made through our website are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before the tour departure date.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit and debit card, and you will receive a confirmation email once your payment is processed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at info@fiantastravel.com. The following cancellation policy applies:

    • 100% of the total tour price will be refunded if canceled more than 90 days before departure.

    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before departure.

  • Agency Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason, including insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour date.

4. Health and Safety

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are in good health and capable of participating in the tour.

  • We may require a medical certificate for customers with specific health conditions or disabilities.

  • While we take every precaution for safety, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with travel and participation in certain activities. By booking with us, you accept these risks.

5. Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accidents, or cancellations. We do not provide travel insurance, and you are solely responsible for obtaining adequate coverage.

6. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) are valid and up to date.

  • You must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the tour guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from activities or the tour.

  • You agree not to engage in any disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior during the tour. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate this clause.

7. Changes to the Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or tour schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, death, or loss of property during your participation in the tour, except as required by law.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour, and we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
